This course will examine Corporate Governance from a historical perspective and explain the key elements of good corporate governance systems. It will also identify present-day corporate governance concerns & challenges. Participants will also engage in intensive reflection on their leadership motivations, weaknesses, and strengths, and will discover how to develop, enhance, and improve their skills as leaders.
