Objectives

This course is designed for particpants whose responsibilities demand that they engage frequently in various types of negotiations. It will equip participants with skills to persuade others, build consensus and gain cooperation to achieve desired results. This three day activity training program will help participants to develop their personal negotiation styles, learn new strategies as well as understand why negotiations fail and how to get them back on track.

Emphasis will also be placed on the importance of good communication skills in the negotiation process.
